Having online access to your account will allow you to manage a lot of your Southern Phone activities from your computer or mobile device. You will save time and have answers at your fingertips, instead of having to call.
Once registered you'll have access to the following information and options:
- Your account details
- Call credits
- Mobile data use
- Broadband data use
- Unbilled calls
- Statements & payment history
- Pay your account online
So, how do you register?
All you have to do is go to southernphone.com.au/register
Once you’re there, you’ll fill out the form and you’re on your way to have full online access of your Southern Phone account.
This is an automatic process on our end, but keep in mind that providing any inaccurate information through the registration form will likely that the process of registering your account will become manual, and could take 24-48 hours on our end.
To fill out the form, you’ll need your account number. You can find that on your most recent bill or in your welcome letter. You’ll also need to set a secure password for your account.
If you’d like to access your account through our mobile app, you’ll log in using this same password along with the email address attached to your account.
