Southern Phone advises that the installation of your nbn™ service can take up to 6 weeks.
If an appointment is required for your connection, we will notify you ahead of time as someone over the age of 18 years will need to be present.
Once the data component of your nbn™ order is complete, we will then start the process of porting your landline over to the nbn™ and this can take up to 4 weeks. You will be given a temporary number until your existing number has been transferred to the nbn™ network.
To transfer your telephone number over to the nbn™ network, Southern Phone requires you to send a copy of your latest bill from your current provider. You can send this via:
