Step 1: Check that mobile data is turned ON on your handset.
Step 2: If mobile data is turned on you will need to contact the manufacturer of your handset. Unfortunately, our Customer Service Team is unable to assist with applications and software issues on your handset. Southern Phone recommends that you contact the manufacturer of your handset for further support.
