If you are connecting both your data and voice services to the nbn™, there
will be 2 phases to connecting your nbn™ Fibre to the Node service.
We will contact you once your data has been successfully provisioned and you will then need to connect your modem from the nbn™ connection in your home to your computer using the Phase One instructions.
We will contact you again once your voice service has successfully ported onto the nbn™, you will then need to connect your modem from the nbn™ connection in your home to your computer using the Phase Two instructions.
The NetComm modem router has been pre-configured with your details. It will connect without requiring any additional settings. Once you have connected your modem, and you are connecting your device(s), you will be prompted to enter your Wireless Security Key password located on the back of your modem, and on a card inside your modem package.
